Research notice
DuoTicker is an educational research tool, not investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. It does not recommend that any person buy, sell, or hold a security. Public filings can be delayed, amended, incomplete, or contain reporting anomalies. Always review the original filing and perform your own research.
Form 13F timing and limits
Institutional holdings are quarterly snapshots, not real-time portfolios. A Form 13F is generally due up to 45 days after quarter-end. Because the next quarterly filing is also delayed, the most recent disclosed portfolio can be roughly 135 days old between releases—not simply 90 days old. A report may be amended, corrected, delayed, or limited by the reporting manager, and it does not show every asset, short position, or trading activity.
How to read the data
Compare a selected quarter with the prior available filing to explore reported increases, reductions, first-time positions, and removals. Insider Activity summarises reported Form 4 transactions and links research signals to transparent criteria; the score is not a prediction of price performance.
Data sources
Institutional holdings and insider-transaction information are derived from public SEC EDGAR filings. DuoTicker caches source information to reduce repeated requests and shows the reporting period so users can understand the timing of each disclosure.
